Which day of the week will the Brigade complete service on?
If you want a specific day that we regularly complete service on, you can email or text us and let us know what your requested day is. If not, we will typically complete service on or around the same day each week, depending on scheduling.
Does my pet need to be inside for Brigade service?
At Brigade we believe pets are part of our families, but typically is does work best if your pet is inside during our services. We will always text/email prior to arriving to perform service.
Do I have to be home for Brigade cleaning visits?
You don't have to be home. As long as you have given us permission to access your backyard, we will perform service and leave your backyard and fencing/gates just as we found them.
How will I know service has been completed?
You will see our Backyard Brigade business card left somewhere near your back door with a couple treats for your pet(s). We will also text/email when service is complete.
What do you do with the pet waste?
We take the pet waste with us and dispose of it in accordance with local/state regulations.
What day each month does my Brigade subscription auto-renew?
The renewal date is calculated from when the customer first subscribed
The specific day of the month depends on when each individual customer first subscribed
For example, if a customer subscribes on the 15th, their monthly subscription would typically renew on the 15th of each subsequent month
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. There is no contract with your subscription. Just make sure you cancel before the next billing date on your subscription.
